What people ask most.
For players
What does it cost?
The price depends on the locker and is in the price list. A minimum of one hour is charged, after that it counts in half hours, and a single rental has a ceiling. The app shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised at the start and only charged when you bring the equipment back. You pay for the time you actually used, not an estimate.
How do I get the equipment?
You find a locker in the app, see what is inside, and unlock a compartment when you get there. If you are already standing at the locker, scan the QR code on it and it opens straight away.
Do I need to book?
No. Come to the court, open the app and take whatever is free.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. Just your phone. The equipment is waiting in the locker.

Equipment
What is in a locker?
Three compartments. Equipment for football, basketball, volleyball, handball or table tennis takes one compartment, and a badminton or padel set takes two adjacent ones. The mix depends on the court the locker stands on.
How do I know what is free?
The app shows what is in each locker before you go.
How do I return the equipment?
The app opens a compartment, you put the equipment in and close the door. Then you photograph the whole locker, and that confirms the return.
Why do I have to photograph the locker?
The photo confirms the equipment is in the locker and the door is shut. That closes the return and stops the charge.
What if the equipment is damaged?
Tell us in the app and we replace it. If the equipment was destroyed through your fault, a fee applies.

Can a city install Unlokie?
Yes. The unit mounts to a pole or a fence at an existing court, with no staff and no construction.
Who maintains the locker and the equipment?
Unlokie. We install the locker, stock it, replace equipment as it wears out and monitor it remotely. The city needs nobody on site.
What does the city see?
You see how much the court is actually used, at which times and with which equipment. No names, no tracking of individuals.
Which locations make sense?
Public courts, parks, campuses and school playgrounds, the places people already come to.
